You must adhere to the following guidelines in order to receive a refund for your Lufthansa flight:
- visit the official Lufthansa Airlines website.
- The "My Bookings" tab will appear at the top of the screen.
- You must type your booking number and last name, then click the next button.
- You must now choose the option to Cancel your flight.
- Verify what you've done to finish the cancelling procedure.
You will receive notified once the flight has been cancelled.
