The couple fell deeply in love with Chateau's beautiful gardens and countryside gardens and styled them with fresh, natural flowers for any minimalist, contemporary vibe.

"We ideally desired to get married abroad in France however it would have meant several guests wouldnt be able to make it therefore we ruled that out. We then found Le Petit Chteau which ticked every box. It had the French feel having a modern twist."

Olivia selected two gowns on her day. The first, a modern-day, one-shouldered gown, was chosen by feeltimes dresses.

"As I needed to purchase a dress during Covid the boutique followed all of the Covid safety protocols which meant a mask and gloves must be worn through the appointment. Not probably the most glamorous of looks however it didn't taint the knowledge."

"I loved the tranquillity of and shape. It was minimal with a romantic twist. I didn't wish to take it off."

The couple had originally planned to wed in May 2021, however, April pushed their go as far back as the government had announced its plans for easing of lockdown.

"Our first date was Saturday 29 May which we went to live on Wednesday 11 August 2021. We were fortunate that our original suppliers were on our new date. Even though it was a Wednesday, almost all our guests might make it, and also the day might be exactly how we wanted so that it is with no restrictions."

"We advised guests to consider lateral flow tests before the wedding and place their precautions to prevent any chances of these catching herpes. There were also lots of hand sanitizer stations around the venue for guests."

Tom wore a tailored, double-breasted suit, worn having a statement buttonhole.

The bridesmaids wore gorgeous blush pink bridesmaid dresses, using their shoes and accessories.

Olivia's father walked together with her down the aisle, because the guitar solo of 'A Thousand Years by Christina Perri was played.

"We kept the vows short and sweet with no readings. We are not into the soppy mushiness."

"We were built with a guitarist who serenaded our guests through the register signing."

The ceremony was among the bride's favorite areas of the day.

"I can't decide so I'm likely to say the minute I was stood at the end of the aisle with Tom and thinking 'We're here! We've tried it!', as well as the whole evening. Everyone was relaxed and achieving a good time that we wanted."

Olivia and Tom selected to capture your day on camera as well as their crisp and clean, artistic style fits so well with your day's style.

"We found Paul and Nanda on Instagram and fell deeply in love with their page. We loved the design and style and composition of the images and thought they'd be perfect to capture our day. I couldn't recommend them enough. They are the perfect duo and were the very best addition to your day."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"As almost as much as you can over plan and overthink, what's going to be will be and everything it's still perfect. Take time in your day to just show up and soak everything in. It goes so quickly and you'll wish to cherish every moment."
