TWC is the main technical route for gasoline vehicles under the National V standard. TWC consists of four parts: carrier, coating, active ingredient and auxiliary. TWC improves the activity of the catalyst by applying a coating on the carrier. The active ingredient (substrate support mat) is placed on the coating, which is the active substance in the catalyst that plays a role in the purification of exhaust gas, and the auxiliary agent is the active ingredient. GPF is a filter installed in the exhaust system of a gasoline engine. The particulate matter is isolated because it cannot pass through the inner wall of the GPF.
